Arriving in summer
You can reach Guttannen from Meiringen or Innertkirchen, or alternatively from the Grimsel pass. Hotel Bären is located in the town centre.
With public transport, you can travel from Meiringen or Oberwald with the postbus to Guttannen (four departures daily from the end of June until mid-October).
Arriving in winter
If the passes are closed, you can travel via Interlaken or over the Brünig pass to Meiringen, and then continue to Guttannen.
